to meet technical performance and financial objectives
* Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint
retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
* Leads the teams efforts towards continuous improvement
* Manage scrum boards in Jira
