• Heading B2C Operations & Vendor management for an edu-tech start-up in Bangalore.
• Responsible for the performance of five key functional teams that contribute to the overall customer experience and delivery.
• Key responsibility of translating business objectives and driving new projects. Presenting and updating CEO office and the board on the progress and performance of the teams I’m responsible for and key metrics/KPIs to track business growth.
• Formulation, optimization, re-engineering and automation of processes to strengthen the supply and team output. Hiring, training and mentoring of team members for the above mentioned functions.
• Acted as Product Manager for Operations and Vendor Management Team, came up with all the teach requirements (PRDs), related to automation, interfacing with third party software(s) and new features to be built on in-house CRM and LMS.

A LEED certified project, Architect KTGY (Thailand), spread over 35 luxuriant acres, Nestled in the lap of the majestic Sahyadri Range in the Western Ghats; overlooking the picturesque Mulshi Lake on the outskirts of Pune. I was one of the founding team members of this project and was directly reporting to the Managing Director. Atmantan Wellness Resort - Ranked No. 3 in Pune on Tripadvisor.

• Managed and delivered 30 million USD project, I was one of the founding team members worked closely with the Managing Director of the company, managing a team of 25 engineers, interior supervisors, admin, store and purchase team, located at site and HO.
• Taking care of planning & execution of end to end site works (Interior & MEP) along with procurement & tendering.
• Provided consultation and re-designed fitness zone spanning around 6, 000 sq feet.
• Successfully completed and handed over the luxurious project spreading across 35 acres on Sahyadri hills, facing Mulshi Lake to the GM and other departmental heads
