Currently posted in Warehousing Development Regulatory Authority (WDRA) handling responsibility of an Information Security Officer. Also working as a Team lead to secure the Portal application, Servers (on cloud) and network devices of WDRA. Formulated and implemented Information security and Management System (ISMS framework) for WDRA by defining the scope, formulating and implementing policies, procedures and guidelines.
Provided consultancy to IGDTU to setup a secure IT infrastructure & Datacenter in IGDTU and to setup and start a Cyber Security & Forensic Course for Delhi Police in IGDTU
E.S.I.C.: Studied the ESIC environment and submitted a report to mitigate the challenges faced in I.T. using latest technologies. Also done Risk Assessment in ESIC IT Infrastructure and Data Center and audited the ISMS implementation and prepared a report for suggested improvements.
In the year 2015 worked in CDAC Noida Datacenter and implemented ISO 27001:2013 and verified the implementation, performed Risk assessment and measured and followed Information Security KPIs. Also worked as a team lead of 8 team members of Cyber Security & Incident Handling team securing an infrastructure of 400+ logical servers. Prepared Technical documents as a Member of Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) and also part of Vendor management committee.
Worked in CDAC Datacenter as a team lead of ISO team in the year 2012 and verified the implementation of defined Process & Procedures for the ISO 27001:2005. Worked as Team Lead of Cyber Security & Incident Handling team of 8 professional. Setup a Cyber forensic Lab for Uttrakhand Police and provided strategic and Tactical guidance for course development and training of Police officers.
Worked as Team lead of Network team (2011-2012). Provided Consultancy to DRDO Data Canter for enhanced security. Implemented IPv6 in C-DAC Centres across centres in India. Worked on the Secure Email Communication project for Government of India.
Also to make a secure IT infrastructure in CDAC Data Center using latest technologies such as TACACS+, Fortinet UTM, Syslog server, SIEM, VLANs, VPN Server, Proxy and by performing Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing on IT Infra and Patching the Infrastructure. Management of monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Nagios.
To work in ISO Team to implement ISO 27001:2005 Certification for CDAC Noida Datacenter. Implemented Cisco ASA, Cisco IPS/IDS, ISA Proxy server. To work as a Team Lead of 7 System administers. Implemented Active Directory services in CDAC Noida. Worked on other networking devices like - Routers, Switches (Layer2/3).
Worked in the System Administration Team for administration and maintenances of more than 700 computers in CDAC Noida and providing support to Clients of C-DAC Noida. To manage 1000 network nodes. To do User and group administration in Windows. Also configured SAMBA, NFS, FTP and other servers.
