In my current role I am responsible for the sales and business development of the Industrial Refrigeration controls and solutions in the entire West of India and also Key Accounts having PAN India presence in Industrial Refrigeration projects. In my current role I am involved in market penetration exercises (eg: road shows, technical and product workshops), capturing market and competitor data, tracking competitor movement, SOW analysis at Key Accounts, giving technical as well as commercial support to the customers for their projects and applications. My current role also comprises of regular interaction with our channel partners, coaching them on the products and applications so as to assist them to generate business as per the annual business plan. In my role I am also responsible for maintaining the commercial health of any account /customer, direct or indirect and also keep a check on AR and DSO.
In my earlier role at Danfoss I was taking care of major HVAC OEM (Key Accounts) who have a PAN India presence. My interaction was with multiple stake holders, influencers and key decision makers in the customers organization. In this role I was also responsible for the commercial aspects of business such as generating turnover as per the annual business plan and accounts receivables (AR) so as to keep DSO in check.
