This new venture brings in a new learning on my journey of Design by learning for People and Construction. I have been working on PBSA projects and Hospitality projects at planning and stage 3 construction of UK building council and RIBA stage. I have the opportunity to explore planning submissions and Architectural understanding under the UK Building Regulations and RIBA guidelines. Understanding Stakeholder management, design change management, change orders, construction planning, procurement, land acquisition and legal are the key elements that I am focusing to learn on in this office. I have been working on chain of hospitality brands like Marriott and Hilton which Dominus have a franchise of. I have been coordinating with Architects, MEP consultants, M&E consultants, fire Engineer, Health & Safety officers, planning consultants, Daylight consultants, ecology and biodiversity consultants, townscape and heritage consultants, pr communications consultants and Main Contractor.
Able to gain knowledge about project planning and review, project estimate, cost controlling, cost optimization, project valuation, process of N.A. conversions, legal land acquisition procedures, and, finally, client assistance in selecting and buying the most suitable plot of land. Primarily worked on residential high rise residences and industrial warehouses.

I have been understanding planning guidelines from RIBA perspective 2030, strategic and operative planning processes, construction project planning, stakeholder management, corporate management, procurement processes including Design and Build, traditional methods, construction management etc, uncertainty in projects, risk management and understanding MS Project for project planning. Through the University I had the opportunity to get recruited through their career portal to a family owned business developer in Real Estate - Dominus known for their hospitality and student accommodation projects.
Achieved an understanding of Urban transformation in cities, Walkability and placemaking theories. My dissertation primarily focused on Gender walkability, safety and the understanding of Gender inclusive urban development.
