o Advised and scouted investor for sell of a distressed steel manufacturing company under Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Completed)
o Advised on a debt restructuring of INR 150 Crore of an Ethiopian textile company (Completed):
o Advising on structured fund raising of INR 500 Crore for an agri-manufacturing company (Ongoing)
o Advising on debt raising of INR 500 Crore for a coal based thermal power generation company (270 MW) (Ongoing)
o Advising debt restructuring of an EPC company of debt of INR 3, 500 Crore (Ongoing)
o Advising to a strategic investor for buy out and settlement of debt of INR 250 Crore of a heavy equipment manufacturing company (Ongoing)
Part of the debt syndication & financial restructuring (corporate finance team) of SBI Capital Market. The team was involved in fund raising in terms of debt, providing financial resolution for stress account under the applicable law provided by the regulatory body of India. My responsibilities included:
• Involvement in pre and post sanction activities including market research, preparation of information memorandum, financial model, teaser and other marketing materials, completion of the documentation

o Advised on working capital enhancement of INR 500 Crore of a manufacturing company (Completed)
o Implemented debt to equity conversion of INR 900 Crore of a textile company (Completed)
