Support Service engineer in TATA Motors Defence Project. Responsible for handling production, maintenance and fabrication activities in working area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handling the maintenance department activities.
•Involved in modification of the production machines (Safety system, Machine productivity).
•Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy machineries.
•Assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts.
•Assessment of the required tools for the maintenance of the equipment.
•Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures.
•Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts.
•Have experience in carrying out TPM & PM activities.
•Daily Breakdown booking, Checking Material availability, Creating PM notification on SAP.
•Interacting with external agencies and getting the work done.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Was able to eliminate machine failures to the minimum possibility through root cause failure analysis.
•Good at carrying out machine modification work.
