Major Job Responsibilities:
* Preparation of shop drawings mechanical like drainage,
water supply, firefighting, HVAC
* Excellent knowledge in designing AC duct and chilled water
Pipes.
* Knowledge in ventilation and smoke management
Toilet ventilation system, car parking ventilation,
kitchen ventilation
* Creating and Developing the complete detailed design & shop
drawings for the HVAC, and Plumbing (Piping & Drainage
System), on the basic of single line & doubleline.
* Preparing single line diagrams, schematic drawings &
Isometric drawings
* Preparing Shop Drawings of Plan, Section & Elevation from
Tender Drawings.
* Preparing reflected false ceiling drawings(RCP)
* Preparing AS-Built Drawings.
* Preparing the Builders work drawings for submission
* Preparation of coordination like Floor coordination, roof
coordination, wall & slab coordination, OTS coordination, &
external underground coordination drawings.

MECHANICAL Draftsman.
