•Provide inputs for strategic decision making on both short and long term business plans.

•Coordinate and support with the corporate HR Recruitment team to fill the vacancies as per the divisional requirements
•Provided assistance to Payroll administration with WPS
•Worked closely with the PRO department for visa issuance and other related legal matters
•Performed special projects as assigned by the HR Director.
•Accountable for handling HR Operational activities of more than 800 employees in the Manufacturing division
•Ensuring all procedures and documents are updated as per ISO & GMP requirement as well as timely administration of payroll as per WPS system
•Involved in implementing HR policies within the Business Unit and providing constant feedback & suggestions of staff relating to the same to corporate HR
•Managing HRIS and submitting periodical reports as per the management requirement
•Working closely with Legal & PRO department for coordinating with them for new visa issuance, visa renewals and all other employee ID’s.
•Responsible for: oreparing job responsibilities & specifications, for each position with the help of Department Heads
Making sure that the selection process is completed within the prescribed time frame
•Overseeing the Accommodation & Transportation facilities for the employees of the company
•Facilitating training & development initiatives for improved productivity and building people capability
