This is one of the leading engineering and design, Korean, company in Dubai deals various project in sectors such as construction & ID, Brand Identity Management, Exhibition & Convention etc. I joined as an Architect Engineer in the company in Jan 2023.
As an Architect the responsibilities are listed below:
• Assist Sr. Architect in the development of project.
• Collaborate closely to generate engineering drawings, project blueprints, and specifications with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Assure compliance to industry norms, guidelines, and directives.
• Create project budgets, make cost projections, and keep an eye on expenses.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that engineering designs, materials, and construction meet project requirements
As a freelance architect I got opportunity to work with various kinds of projects like residential, commercial, hospitality etc.
As an Architect the responsibilities are listed below:
• Design coordination between client, consultant, contractors and site.
• Preparation of architectural designs, concept layouts, 2D & 3D presentation, technical specifications and material submission for project execution.
• Design development for the easy work-flow
• Preparation of drawing for government authorities for approval.
• Monitoring the progress of work and keeping it on schedule.
• Work with tendering team to review tender drawings and BOQ.
• Managing accounts and payments of various works.
This is one of the leading architectural company in India deals various project in sectors such as Commercial, Hospitality, residential and master planning etc. I joined as a Junior Architect in the company in July 2019.
As an Architect the responsibilities are listed below:
• Assist in the development of Concepts and Schemes.
• Preparation of Drawing and Renders using Computer Aided Software
• Preparation of design, details and presentation drawings
• Assist in the development of the Design
• Preparation of Working and Technical Detailing
• Interaction with the respective consultants on the Allied Services.
• Site Visits to check on the progress of the work.
By the end of my employment period, company has gained lots of new large scale projects due to the quality of services that we provided.
ARDE is a research, academy and practice centre having taken it up as their mission to research, promote and design quality space and object. It was my responsibility to continue an ongoing hospital projects.
As an Architect the responsibilities are listed below:
• Assist in the coordination of plans and designs.
• Built CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers.
• Helped to monitor the flow of development activities to ensure architecture work.
• Regular site Visits to check on the progress of the work.
By the end of my employment period, company has appreciated my effort and time which I put in the process.
