• Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification.
• Closing more than 10, 000 Materials Request on a yearly basis.

• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Communicate and inform managers and associates about the procurement process control.
• Managing a team of 5 Storekeepers and their managers.
• Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment, and Supplier Maintains the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and improving supplier performance.
• Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process.
• Controlling the purchasing budget every month.
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.
• Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components, and equipment.
• Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
• Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.
• Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintaining Procurement tracker to check daily status of MR for operations.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
• Working to create and promote a safe working environment.
• Deliver all tasks on time to maintain the KPI.
• Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
• Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate.
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
• Establishing effective operating policies, lean initiatives, and processes.
• Comprehensive understanding & experience of purchasing strategies and inventory management.
• Regularly achieving cost-saving targets.
• Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
