Involved in gathering requirements on various stakeholders in the organization such as Planning and Developing department and Customer Service
Implementing efficient operations by designing and improving process using MS Visio
Coordinating and Communicating with Re-Engineering team about the requirements and analyzing system compatibility
Identifying and transferring business requirements into technical solutions
Creating a current state process map and documentation
Developing test cases and testing on the developed processes
In-depth knowledge of software development life-cycle, project planning techniques and process flows designing techniques
Experience in interacting with business users to identify information needs and initiate process changes
Comprehensive knowledge of presentation software, word processing software and spreadsheet
Experience in preparing different documents like the User Requirement List/document (URL/URD), Business Requirement List/document (BRL/BRD), Test Case Scenarios & Test Plan documents, Use Cases and other documents as needed
Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, ASP .Net and SQL Server
Excellent project management and critical thinking skills
Good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively without the requirement of supervision
Ability to work under pressure with multitasking skills
