Attending breakdown of all mechanical units and utility devises. planning and carryout Preventive Maintenance as per schedule. Do the routine checkup of all the utilities and log the detailes.improve the safety and production my involving in kaizen activities.
To program the machine as per the required products, to control the lathe dept. activities like shift allocation overtime allocation (if necessory)and achieve the target production.to maintain 5s and to log all the activities in the dept.
Had manufactured and developed different fixtures according to the customer need for mass production and also involved in mass production job.maintain 5s and log the production activities.
Job responsibility: Attend the breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance, to follow up all the mechanical activities in the mechanical lab. Have managed the hostel & Stores activities.
carry on the breakdown activities and preventive maintenance activities of all the machines in the technical institute. to guide the trainees about the safe and healthy usages of machines to maintain the 5s and log the usages hours of machine.

training in machine tool maintenance, training in conventional and non conventional machine operation
