As Training Manager of Jaidah group, the primary purpose of this newly created role was to drive superior customer service through enhanced Sales Capability.
This is one of the first initiatives of the group in moving from single to multi brand approach.
Key Achievements during the tenure include:
1. Achieved target certification levels across Chevrolet, Hyundai, Genesis, Isuzu, Bobcat and Komatsu in a period of 8 months covering more than 90 % of the total Sales and after sales force.
2. Project managed a customized Sales Academy that aimed to improve quality of Sales and margin through superior selling
practices. This initiative covered 30 Sales Managers and 95 Sales Consultants across the Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Projects and Leasing Divisions of the group.
3. Active member of the committee responsible for implementing a new Gross Profit based Sales & Aftersales Incentive Program in the automotive division. The main purpose of this scheme was to encourage ownership and profitability behaviors in the Sales Team.
4. Initiated and lead the process of introduction of Electric Vehicles and Charging stations in the country in collaboration with government organizations like Electricity Authority and Department of Motor Vehicles and Traffic.
5. Active technical support in Hyundai and chevrolet including communication with manufacturers
Al Majid Motors(Juma Al Majid Establioshment) is the only distributor of Hyundai and Kia vehicles in the UAE. We have a Training Center named Juma Al Majid Training Center in Dubai with sole responsibility to train and enhance the skills of technicians.We also provide training for our managers, engineers, sales executives, supervisors and service advisors strictly following the policies of JAM establishment and Hyundai/Kia motors, Korea.
Few of my responsibilities at the company includes:
*Providing technical training for the technicians of Hyundai Commercial Vehicles and level 1 training for Hyundai and Kia Passenger vehicle technicians.
*Structuring monthly and annual plans for the company
*Providing technical support for all the fleet customers
*Updation of monthly and annual reports

Ace Auto Maintenance workshop has been an established Automotive workplace for more than 15 years.We do Periodic Services, Minor repairs, Major Services, Engine Overhauling, Body works and other minor jobs of passenger cars, passenger buses(light) and other light commercial and transport vehicles.Experienced technical strength, troubleshooting and established market knowledge is our asset.

Red Rooster Performance is a company dedicated to giving the Indian performance motoring after market a major makeover. The company participated in various motorsports competitions in the country and has achieved places in the podium.
The company includes a group of R and D engineers who prepares cars for rally and races. Moreover innovations are done to enhance the performance of street cars.
The company is equipped with the only hub driven chassis dynamometer in the country which helps in fine tuning of engines.
