Major Projects: Fit Out for Cluster-A at QP District
Responsibilities:
o Develop sourcing strategies as per the project requirement
o Ensure seamless delivery of project deliverables by partnering with colleagues and management
to execute project procurement plan within budget and time constraints
o Manage supplier relationships and build effective supply chain relationships
o Negotiate terms, pricing, quality/technical requirements
o Perform all procurement and contracting activities including prequalification, package
management, negotiation and drafting of contracts
o Implement changes based on lessons learnt and develop new processes to better procure
materials
o Making comparison and cost break up analysis when required to verify the price
o Develop and adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and sourcing strategies to
meet cost saving and delivery targets
o Establish scope variation claims in coordination with Technical Team

o Handle client acceptance/rejections, storage and handling of goods etc.
o Progress reporting of deliverables to internal stakeholder and consultant
o Train team on effective procurement strategies
Major Projects: Construction of Simulation Building at DIA, Construction of Back up Approach & Training
Center at DIA
Responsibilities:
o Develop procurement plan in line with project schedule
o Prepare BOQ and specification based on drawing and project requirement
o Float enquiries in order to obtain the best price in the market
o Making comparison and cost break up analysis when required to verify the price
o Develop and adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and sourcing strategies to
meet cost saving and delivery targets
o Establish scope variation claims with client
o Interface with engineering and construction team to identify and resolve technical issues with
