• US providers including physician in clinic and Hospitals submit their concerns regarding their claims through inquiry, reconsideration, appeal form with supporting documents, medical records.
• Analyze these inquiries, reconsideration, appeals properly and help them to resolve their issues.
• Prepare to send letter to provider if any additional information needed to resolve their issues.
• Prepare to send email to insurance company related to provider concerns and take necessary actions according to the response from insurance company.
