Role
I am assigned the role to provide a solution to customer by meeting all requirements with best quality. The responsibilities included to manage the overall QA team, Requirement Gathering, Test Planning, Test Estimations, Test Execution, Release management, Infrastructure Management, Solution implementation. Additionally involved in project planning, assisting client on SIT and UAT.

Responsibility
Test Management \ Project Management
• Manage Test definition, scope and deliverables.
• Manage Test lifecycle. In few situations manage complete project life cycle.
• Involved in Requirement Gathering, providing solution to customer, customer training and Conference Room Pilot sessions.
• Coordinating with Clients, Sales, Development and QA teams to drive solutions with success criteria as end goals.
• Manage risk through regular audits, prioritizing the tasks, putting processes in place, providing mitigation plan on time.
• Setting up training programs for new joiners and existing employees.
• Responsible for sending project metrics like consolidated Project Phase wise progress report, Defect Verification Status Report, Test Case Execution Report and Weekly Status Report to project stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
• Handled and delivered multiple projects running in parallel spanning multiple clients and countries.

Role
I was part of Supplier Chain QA team. The team size was about 12 people. I was responsible to handle the team of 5 team members for day to day QA activities, Test Planning and execution, Automation Framework Development and maintenance.

Role
I was assigned to work as Senior Software Test Engineer to validate solutions for the Casino Floor Management Division. I was part of SDS (Slot Data Systems) team. I was involved in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, End to End Business flow testing, Interfaces Testing etc.
Responsibility Test Management
• Built Automation Framework for Sanity and Regression suite.
• Deployment and installation of QA builds, configuration of servers, generation of test data and interfaces configuration like Slot machines, Ticket Kiosks etc.
• Developed, sets up, and monitors testing environment (including network)
• Studied application performance and maximum scalability, critical parameter such as number of users, response times and transactions per seconds (HPS) using SFS simulator and Apache Jmeter
• Perform testing to get the clearance certificate from Regulatory boards
• Worked with Product Management, Sales, Marketing team to identify new market trends, finalizing the requirements scope etc.
• Involved in product road map meetings
• Assist in building project plans and handling project deliverable.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings
