• Allocations: Stock planning of stores in United States and Canada based on the sales, budget, forward cover and performance using MSTR, Tableau, NU ORDER and JDA
• Precise door category planning in terms of styles and merchandise hierarchy

• Allocations: Stock planning for Regional Large Format Stores
• Coordinate with retailers to get purchase orders and generate sales orders for stock movement
• Analyze sales and stock position to understand the top sellers and slow movers
• Timely replenishment of stocks to maintain optimum levels of inventory and help mitigate lost opportunity
• Work collaboratively with operations, warehouse, category and MIS to get a holistic view of the business processes
• Weekly review with operations team to capture any concerns from the floor, draft an action plan and implement to address it
• Make data driven decisions using the performance reports. Analyze trade, address fallouts and capitalize on the strength areas
• Track stock movements from warehouse to stores, keep front end team and the partners informed
• Coordinate RTVs at the end of the season and make sure it is in the accepted limits
• Planned merchandise to all stores in India
• Designed and implemented new theme and implemented the SOPs to enable have uniformity across Pan India
