• Oversee operations across six residences, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Manage maintenance, logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee luxury purchases and bespoke item sourcing.
• Direct high-level private and cultural events.
• Coordinate multi-departmental staff teams across housekeeping, culinary, transport, Security & Repair works
• Maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
• Ensure privacy, safety and security protocols are strictly adhered to
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, deep cleaning and special projects.
• Manage inventories (linen, uniforms, silverware, luxury items)
• Prepare staff duty roasters, shifts & rotations
• Ensure Royal and VIP Protocol standards are followed
• Liaise with protocol officers when royals or dignitaries visit
• Ensure preventive maintenance of HVAC Systems, Electrical systems, plumbing, swimming pools, Gym and Spa areas.
