•Understand and analyze system and program requirements with process owners across business verticals and perform gap analysis to fit SAP R/3 ERP solution to existing business environment.
•Conceptualize, blueprint and optimize integrated solutions on the SAP R/3 platform and processes in various divisions/subsidiaries of the company.
•Maintain and support software configuration for SAP R/3 to map the organizational hierarchy and business processes of the company.
•Prepare technical specification document t for the technical design and formulate the pseudo-code and business logic to be developed, in accordance with syntax and control statements in ABAP/4 language.
•Develop, implement, configure, model and test/debug solutions and processes in various divisions/subsidiaries of the company in ABAP/4 language.
•Use best practices of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) while designing, creating or altering models and methodologies to develop application programs in the SAP NetWeaver development platform.
•Articulate, explain, describe and outline solutions and processes to business users through defined proof of concepts and training workshops.
•Perform functional configuration support and apply enhancements to adapt to changing business dynamics in modules FICO, SD, MM, PS, CS, HR. Debug technical developments while performing error analysis.
•Create test plans for testing of software objects and document the results. Ensure that programs and applications perform in support of business requirements.
•Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident and problem resolution.
•Used development tools as ALV (ABAP List Viewer) in Reports for classic and object oriented scenarios; RFC’s and upload/download files from/to application and presentation servers in Interfaces; BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface) and BDC (Batch Data Communication) in Conversions; BAdI (Business Add-ins) and Enhancement Points in Enhancements; SAPscript and Smart Forms in Forms.

Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the developments throughout their SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and strictly adhering to committed delivery timelines.
Translate customer requirements into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
Responsible for effective communication with the customer.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in SAP business modules and other leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to deliver solutions to customer.
Lead the development of data migration requirements and handling of conversion developments.
Establish Quality Procedure for the team and continuously monitor and audit to ensure team meets quality goals.
Manage KPI’s (Key Process Indicators) and ensure audit readiness for the project during PHR (Project Health Review) and PMR (Project Management Review).
Lead and train the team into various deliverable management tools as SAP Solution Manager and SDMS (Solution Delivery Management System).
Monitor deliverable metrics for the project and take prompt action in case of liabilities.
Handle project risks and issues using RPM to ensure good project health.
Coordinate team building activities to ensure good and healthy morale in team.
