1. Involved in Estimation & costing of MEP related equipment’s & machineries.
2. Understanding & studying the MEP & facility management works enquiry, drawing, tendering specification received from customer and prepares estimation & BOQ of MEP works, and suggests Sales staff for changes if any in the estimation.
3. Assisting in procurement activities of MEP & facility management related equipment’s & machineries for the project.
4. Co-ordination with design, quality, production, procurement, SCM, execution departments & vendors for effective delivery of project.
5. Co-ordination with customer & consultants to meet the project requirements & deliverables on time.
6. Erection & Commissioning of all, Structural Works, Columns, Roofing & cladding works & MEP & facility management works like Firefighting & utility works, HVAC, Static & Rotary Equipment’s, storage tanks, Columns, STP & WTP.
JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Involved in MEP Project engineering & Management activities such Project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, resources allocation of the projects by using PM tools like MS Project.
2. Understanding & studying the MEP & facility management works enquiry, drawing, tendering specification received from customer and prepares estimation & BOQ of MEP works, and suggests Sales staff for changes if any in the estimation.
3. Co-ordination with design, quality, production, procurement, SCM, execution departments & vendors for effective delivery of project.
4. Co-ordination with customer & consultants to meet the project requirements & deliverables on time.
5. Erection & Commissioning of all, Structural Works, Columns, Roofing & cladding works, MEP & facility management works like Firefighting & utility works, HVAC, Static & Rotary Equipment’s, storage tanks, Columns, STP & WTP.

7. Developing new vendors for the effective delivery, quality, & cost control for project.
8. Providing interface between procurement/SCM department for the timely procurement of material to meet the delivery schedules.
9. Co-ordination & follow up with vendors & customers for effective delivery of project, payment follow ups.
10. Working knowledge of project management tools like MS project &
Procurement software.
11.Preparation of SOP’s, Check-list, Process Flow Diagrams, DPR, MPR,
for the projects.

1. Project Execution of MEP & facility management work like Firefighting & Utility works, Static & Rotary Equipment’s, HVAC, WTP, and STP.
2. Preparation of Shop floor layouts, SOP’s, Check-list, Process Flow Diagrams, DPR, MPR, Manpower Planning.
3. Erection & Commissioning of MEP & facility management work like Firefighting & utility works, Static & Rotary Equipment’s, storage tanks, WTP, STP, HVAC, Structural Works, Columns, Roofing & cladding works.
4. Testing & commissioning of MEP & facility management equipment’s & machineries.
5. Project management activities like planning, scheduling, monitoring, Cost Estimation & Control.
1. Preparation of Shop floor layouts, SOP’s, Process Flow Diagrams, Manpower Planning & Reduction.
2. Facility Planning for New & Existing Products.
3. Development of Welding Fixtures, SPM’s, Material Handling Equipments. Erection & Commissioning plan for the same.
4. Knowledge of 7 QC tools, GD&T, Robotics & EOAT’s.
5. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Practices like SMED, 5’s, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke.
6. Preparing the tracking status of the Project, Planning, schedule, execution, & costing.
7. Awareness of ISO/TS-16949, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.
1. Preparation of Shop floor Layouts, Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’S).
2. Facility Planning for New & Existing Products.
3. Involved in Development, Erection & Commissioning of Welding Fixtures & Jigs, & Material Handling Equipments etc.
4. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Practices like 5’s, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke.
1. Involved in Development of Welding fixtures & Equipments for BIW weld lines to TATA MOTORS, EDAG, COMAU, TAL.
2. Development of Welding Jigs & Fixtures, Material handling Equipments.
3. Erection & Commissioning of all BIW systems (Welding Fixtures & Jigs, Material Handling Equipments etc.)
4. Knowledge of BIW Processes, Equipments & GD&T.
5. Preparing the tracking status of the Project Planning, schedule & execution.
6. Coordinating the activities on the site. Handling of workforce on the site, & managing their associated issues.
