• • Sourcing and managing corporate clients (Indian and Chinese Corporates) with complete responsibility of managing asset and liability side of business.
• Experience in managing complete end to end process of cross border loan syndication for large underwriting of loans along with other overseas ICBC subsidiaries and other lenders for different foreign currency instruments.
• Managing existing clientele relationships and deepen ICBC Group’s relationships with the client across within India and overseas.
• Experience in working in complex multi-cultural backgrounds with added responsibility of team management.
• Sourcing corporate clients and structure suitable financial loan products (rupee term loans, External Commercial Borrowings (ECB), corporate loans, working capital facilities, bonds etc.), including preparation and negotiation of term sheets.
• Acquisition of new clients/ management of existing clients ranging from Project Finance, Corporate Finance and Working Capital
• Managing existing clientele and deepening banking relationships and increase cross-sell of various banking products (trade finance products, treasury products, transaction banking, cash management, salary relationship, retail banking etc.)
• Work closely with the Bank’s Investment Banking arm (ENAM Securities) for various investment banking transactions (PE, M&A, IPO etc.) of the clients.
• Ensure documentation; appointment and engagement with Lenders’ Engineers, Lenders Legal Counsel and other project consultants.
• Strategize means to increase Bank’s wallet share in the client’s Banking relationship.
• Monitor and review each account, make annual account plans, track account income and profitability.
• Part of the Billing Development software team for one of the World’s leading telecom companies - AT&T.
• Understand client requirements, software development, project implementation (including international work experience)
GPA of 3.33/4. Completed one semester ar Virginia Tech University (USA).
