Freight Systems operates in the name of Newage for their back office sales & IT support, where I was responsible for the Gurgaon back-office as a Domain head of back-office sales & Marketing process.

Other function:

1. Train the sales agents on product & services
2. Take care that rates are available on time for queries
3. Take care that the front office sales team are meeting with the leads generated by my team.
4. Publish weekly reports
5. Run refresher trainings
6. Take care of all the administrative function in the department as a head.

I was working as customer service for Bosch Limited (International Key Customer of Schenker) Air Export Division from 18th of Sept. 2010.
BACKGROUND: Joined as an Implant for E. I. DUPONT INDIA PVT LTD deputed to Savli, Baroda to handle the logistics activities for all the Air & Sea import and export for the two plants and 4 SBUs for 1 month. After successful completion of the assigned duration came back to Mumbai and, took the charge of the sea & air export with some part of import movements of Mumbai and Baroda including rates negotiations for 16 SBUs throughout India.
From the Sep. 2010 the service contract of Schenker and E.I. DuPont was over and I joined the Schenker Regional Office.
