● Deploy Customer Data Platform (Digital Transformation, Tier 1, Budget - 1.8 million $) solution for the client.
● Drive RFP Process and Vendor Selection and Work with Solution and implementation Partners for timely launch with high quality.

● Develops and maintains critical project deliverables, communication plans, and status reports.
● Manage scope for Core Banking Migration Project.
● Perform Impact analysis for changes impacting the Core Banking project.
● Manage and coordinate the implementation of the Core Banking system.
● Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
● Manage requirements gathering, customizations, testing, training, and deployment for Core Banking Migration projects.
● Work with stakeholders to determine and prioritize project objectives, critical success factors, and risks.
● Coordinate with vendors to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
● Manage Project teams effectively.
● Establish healthy working relations and partnerships with businesses, vendors, and peers.
● Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Projects
● Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register

● Deploy GIS software and Performance Management System dashboard for RTA EXPO 2020 Project.
● Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and schedule for new initiatives
● Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
● Experience in delivering mobile application projects (Process Improvement) in order to optimize the on-time performance
● Planning out the blueprints for software (SDLC) projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
● Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
● Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
● Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
● Optimize the project portfolio, balance capacity against demand, and align plan and resources with project execution.
● Evaluate the project value in order to assign resources to the most important projects, and start work at the appropriate time.
● Ensure the delivery of services is aligned with the contract and Service Level Agreement to minimize disruption.

● All incidents through the Service Desk Function, including bugs, issues reported by the users, technical staff, or those automatically detected and reported by event monitoring tools.
● Analyze the operational performance (e.g., incident management, complaint management, case resolution, etc.) to assess the impact on the end-users.
● Knowledge of Product Analytics / Customer Insights tools like Google Analytics, and Mix panel.

● Implementation of automated and optimized task allocation system - Resource Management System (RMS) in Emirates Engineering to streamline the engineering operational procedures and improve the airlines on time performance.

● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
