Design, engineer, select, test and commission analysers, F&G detectors, transmitters, valves and control systems and prepare documents including piping and instrument drawings, logic, wiring, panel arrangement, operation philosophy, and material take off
Ensure compliance of engineering design with Shell Design and Engineering Practice (DEP), American Petroleum Institute (API) standards, and ISO 9001
Liaise with client and subcontractors on technical issues, provide technical advice for sub suppliers in terms of quality and test plans to conform with company technical specifications, ensure all tests to be witnessed and confirmed by client
Travel to USA, Canada, Germany, India, Oman and Iraq for site inspections, product testing, engineering meetings and negotiations
Drive the project by monitoring schedules, budgets, KPIs and milestones in conjunction with the project plan, contract and specifications

Directly supervise up to 5 members of staff including service, project and proposal engineers
Plan and complete accounts and audit work for project, manufacturing and services divisions
Prepare, review and submit tenders, project plans, schedules, contracts, specifications and key engineering documents
Continuously train staff on ethics, integrity, safety, quality and product portfolio
Liaise with relevant business stakeholders, and prepare and deliver engineering reports. Travel locally and internationally as required

Support construction and commissioning teams at site for residential and commercial buildings and gas stations
