Role & Responsibilities (Manage a delivery on multiple projects in different location)
• Stakeholder Management, Delivery Management, and Resolve Escalation, find out Root Cause of Non Performance and provide solution, Lead a team of 7.
• Annual hiring count of 250+, Annual profit earned 1 million USD.
• Currently responsible
• for 3 year program of 5G Launch
• Staffing for Boston Consulting Group at Indonesia
• Ministry of Communication in Saudi Arabia
• Saudi Telecom ( Telecom, Datacentres, Cloud, Analytics-BI)
• Ooredoo Qatar (Operator), VIVA ( Kuwait) (Telecom, IT, IOT, Cloud, Data Science)
• Hiring Plan & Requirement Gathering
• Frame Process, Matrices, sourcing methods and screening, social media job advertisements.
• Consultation to hiring managers, sales heads and delivery heads.
• Closely monitor leadership hiring across projects and programs from Western Countries.
