Subject Matter Expert for VDI provides a focus on the delivery into their functional or cross-functional area, which includes owning the application landscape road map, design to delivery of solutions, supporting the run of the application, maintainability and lower Total Cost Of Ownership for the business.

Within EZDC Associated with vMware professional service Singapore as Subject Matter Expert for VDI projects in ASEAN. Involved in consulting, designing, installation, configuration, for various VMware, Virtulization, Services, Microsoft and others.
My primary area of focus is Virtual desktop infra-structure
Selected as a for Senior Consultant and Project Lead -Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for a leading petroleum company in Singapore.
Design and implement VMware View 6 for multi-site and multi-user with graphic-intensive applications like IHS Kingdom-Evaluate potential oil and gas reservoirs,
and plan field development with Grid k2 cards.
Conduct design workshops to understand customer's need and align it with
vMware product suits to formulate & deliver world class solutions
VMware Singapore selected as Lead consultant for the VMware Horizen view 6 for a Leading petroleum Company
Compose design blue-print & design for the Projects
Docs as per customer's specifications and vMware best practices for VDI suit

• Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support groups

• Assist in administration and maintenance of technology infrastructure components

• Uses corporate incident management system to record and track all support work
• Maintains accurate hardware and software records for corporate assets

•Gains additional knowledge and stays abreast of current technologies through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals, and regular interaction with other team members
