3.Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include operation, customer service, administration, security system and marketing 4.Corporate Business Handling, Compliance, Security Aspects, Internal Control and Compliance
5. Prepare the work plan for promotional material; prepare job schedule to ensure continuity of operation

1. Designing creative marketing plan based on our target market.
2. Present MoneyGram’s products & services as new proposals to potential clients (Commercial Banks) through direct communication. 3. Maintaining a good relations with concerned regulatory bodies such as, Bangladesh Bank, to work with other financial services org. and resolve the legal and security issues regarding mobile commerce
4. Updating and synchronizing sales database (CRM) on a daily basis
5. Be accountable for follow-up.

2.Cash collections & payments (disbursements),

6.Developing the marketing strategy and plan
7.Managing the customer journey (CSR)
