Responsibilities:
•Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the level one issues in computer hardware and software in mainframe systems such as PCs, laptops, printers, telephone systems, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.
•Configures, installs and maintains Hardware/software systems.
•Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner.
•Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems.
•Transfer the problem to other competent departments and cooperate with them to solve the problem in case the problem is not within our competence.
•Coordinating with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same.
•Interface with various vendors to resolve end-user or company issues.
Technology Service Desk
Responsibilities:
•Working in field of networking as Site Engineer in internet service Provider Company (ISP).
•Working in internet solutions as (VPN, DIA, pint to point).
•Making the site survey of customer's site and put the right solutions.
• Doing the quotation for the customers in collaboration with the Department of sales.
•Follow up the customer’s account.
