o Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
o Experience in recruiting candidates for IT & Non-IT requirements.
o Sourcing and screening resumes based on the job description through the database, job portals and social media.
o Recruiting candidates from different industries e.g.: Oil & Gas, Construction, Media & Advertising, Investment Management, Financial Service, Ecommerce, Hospitality, Hospitals, Banking and others.
o Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
o Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
o Support management in implementing soft HR initiatives that help achievement of hard results according to the business priorities.
o Follow up with the clients for the feedback; also follow up with the candidates for the joining.
o Conduct Job Evaluation and Analysis and prepare the Job Description.
o Responsible for travel arrangements, visa and insurance.
o Provide training to the team members.
o Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to the management.
o Provide administration supports to the management including meeting arrangement etc.
o Excellent knowledge and exposure in Saudi Labor Law.
o Handling payroll and prepare the invoices.
