1. Preparation of estimate initial project costs and detailed budgets.
2. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that the project stays within budget.
3. Measure quantities from drawings and specifications for procurement, budgeting, and planning
4. Prepare detailed BOQs that list the materials, parts, and labour required for the project
5. Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that purchases stay within budget and on schedule.
6. Work closely with project managers to ensure that project milestones are met and that the project remains on schedule.
7. Prepare presentable S Curves like for Earned Value Analysis, analyze SPI, CPI, Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, etc. as per requirements.
1. Preparation and Submission of Baseline Programme.
2. Monthly update and monitoring of the project against baseline programme.
3. Monitored project progress and ensured timely Completion, while preparing daily & monthly progress reports and planning future activities.
4. Monitoring the manpower & equipment productivity.
5. Manage & oversee the day-to-day construction progress of the project on site and update the same in project management tool.
6. Preparation of detailed documents/ Time Impact analysis for Extension of Time (EOT) claims for the project
7. Identified and mitigated project delays and challenges.
8. Analyze critical path and advise project management accordingly.
9. Prepare and supervise all the needed document properly throughout the project life cycle until the project closeout.
10. Maintain track record of correspondence, GA & RCC design & drawing submission & approval, material submittals, request for information, NCRs, site instructions, site memos, payment certificates and request for inspections to ensure all the activities are in progress according to the base line programme and highlight if any delays incurred due to the delay in response from the consultants and client.
Projects Undertaken as Planning Engineer:
1. Construction and Commissioning of 225MLD Main Pumping Station (MPS) & Sewage Treatment Plant (STPs) at Jamalpur, Punjab, India.
2. Construction and Commissioning of 60MLD Main Pumping Station (MPS) & Sewage Treatment Plant (STPs) at Balloke, Punjab, India.
3. Construction and Commissioning of 152MLD & 111MLD Sludge Handling Unit (SHU) & Primary Treatment Unit (PTU) at Balloke & Bhattia, Punjab, India.
1. Conducted structural analysis and design using ETABS and Revit Architecture for precise architectural planning and estimation.
2. Collaborated closely with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize structural design.
3. Assisted in the preparation of construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Implemented quality control measures to ensure the reliability and durability of structural designs.
