Role and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all technical support for customer sites, maintenance and
troubleshooting of all, servers, diagnostics workstations, complete proactive and
preventative system upgrades.
* Installation and management of windows servers 2003/2008/2012/2016/2018.
OS and firmware updates.
* Configuring, monitoring, and tuning WAN/LAN network devices to optimize
network performance and assure network security. Network routing.
* Performed ongoing hardware and software maintenance of Windows server
environment.
* Installation of operating systems, Anti-virus suites. Tune-up windows firewall,
managing hardware and networking products.
* Ensure that all services are consistently available to all end users.
* Configure and maintain Microsoft cluster. Familiar Raid configuration and
mirroring. Familiar and perform failover cluster.
* Basic check for HP storages 3PAR, EVA, P2000.
* Monitor online customer opened cases and assigned non critical cases to team
members.
* Take lead for priority & critical issues (SITE DOWN). Connect remotely to the site
production servers and investigate the issue, troubleshoot and resolved the
issues in timely manner.
* If the issue cannot resolved in time, perform root cause analysis and engage
higher level of support.

* Onsite servers OS installation and configuration of GE products.
* Provide architectural requirement for new installation.
* Also include pre-sale / post sales and demo presentation.
* Handling project implementation of the various client’s projects concerned.
* Manage team & assigned the task, follow-up. Provide support to team members
whenever technical help needed, Prepare team schedule ONCALL and provide
technical support during oncall 24/7.
* Maintain spare parts in house stock.
* Maintained and make it ready to present Radiology and Cardiology DEMO unit
for Saudi Sales team.
* Coordinate with sales & application team to prepare DEMO NUC’s, workstation
and its accessories.
* Make all arrangements to ship the DEMO unit to customer site.
* Assemble and configure DICOM CD burner Codonics & Reimage.
* Assemble and configure Vidar Digitizer
28 years of experience in the field of IT, Computer Networks, Infrastructure
Management Services, Network Operations, customer support.
* Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts pertaining to LAN and
WAN and maintenance in multiplatform environment. Advanced knowledge in
HealthCare Systems Integration and Workflow (DICOM, HL7 etc.)
* Well verse of VM environment vCenter.
* Installation and configuration ESXi hosts.
* Experience on Windows / Linux server administration.
* Mount and configure disks in windows servers.
* Configure and manage windows server failover clusters and troubleshoot
failover cluster related issues.
* Decommission virtual machines.
* P2V / V2V of servers (Windows).
* Configure roles and permissions in vCenter.
* Upgrade VMware tools and VM hardware version.
* Perform root cause analysis and submit RCA report.
* Configure and analyze event logs of ESXi hosts and windows servers.
* Create and manage VM clones and templates.
* Experience in installation of ESXi & creating VM’s. Maintain VM’s and veeam.
