• Secondary School Living Certificate from Board of education, Kerala, India • Accounts Management & Banking Allied Training, Sree Sankarajarya Computer Center, kannur, Kerala, India • Microsoft Office, Peachtree & Tally, Kannur, India Details of Safety Trainings attended • Safety task Analyzing and Risk Reduction-Talk by NIFE Cochin, India • Permit to work • Hazard recognition, Fire Fighting, Environmental &Safety leadership training by NIFE Cochin, India • Personal Protective Equipment by NIFE Cochin, India Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Conduct various trainings like H.S.E Induction, fall protection, Confined space, etc and administering tool box talks. • Conduct continuous site HSE inspection to ensure safe working methods/ procedures applied. • Ensure Implementation of Permit to Work system for Cold, Hot, Confined Space Electrical and Mechanical Isolation. • Review and updating First Aid Facilities. • Co-ordinate HSE data collection to meet project reporting requirements including key performance Indicators. • Oversee HSE for all phase and elements of developments & loss prevention for the site. • Develop in conjunction with Company Management H.S.E Target /Performance Standard for the project. • Ensure that all Hazards associated with the development are indicated, assessed and that appropriate controls are put in place to reduce risk to ALARP. • Immediate corrective action on unsafe acts / conditions. • Implementation of HSE Rules. • Inspection and Implementation of color code system on Lifting gears, Power tools and equipments. • Recognizes good HSE Performance in order reward and increase commitment and Participation. • Maintain a high profile and leadership in HSE by active participation in HSE Audits, Inspection, and reviews. • Maintain current copies of applicable HSE cods and standards and site specific HSE action plans on site. • Maintain a daily working relationship with the health, safety, environment with management & supervision and subcontractor relative to their compliance with the HSE management plan and regulatory requirements. • Review and monitor Environmental Control Plan & Emergency Response Plan. • Promotes "Incident and Injury Free" strategy.
