I joined Atyaf Telecommunications & Infrastructure International B.S.C as Project Manager. Atyaf is a leading Service provider for Multi play services like IPTV, Voice and Internet Services in Kingdom of Bahrain and GCC.

Responsibilities:
• Deployment, Installation and Commissioning, O&M and Support of OSS/BSS Systems.
• Direct the IT Systems team to improve and standardize the IT platforms within the Operations KPI/SLA’s.
• Understand, troubleshoot and resolve Database or Application Configuration faults and issues.
• Escalate and ensure resolution of the Bugs and Application specific faults to the software development team.
• Conduct meetings and conference calls to clarify Requirements and explain business process Management.
• Manage the ongoing development for the whole suite of OSS/BSS systems deployed by different vendors.
• IPTV Middleware Integration with Verax Systems OSS/NMS and BSS/Billing System using Minerva API’s.
• O&M, Fault Management, Integration, Enhancement, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Technical Support of Minerva Networks Core IPTV Media Enabled Middleware (MEM), Media delivery network (MDN) and Minerva Widget Server for Customer, Device, Channel, Service, OTT and Widget Packages etc Management.
• Evaluation, Selection and O&M of Interactive TV Solution from IPMagix named MagixTV for Hospitality.

I joined Terminus Technologies in January 2010 as Manager Telecom OSS/BSS. Terminus Technologies is a leading provider of Telecom Billing Systems, NGN Core and VoIP Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment, Installation and Commissioning, O&M and Support of VoIP Softswitch and Billing Projects.
• Study, Research and Design Terminus Softswitch Product based on NGN and VoIP standards and advice development teams to perform development activities.
• Leading & managing Pre-sales and Post-sales activities and team for our Products.
• Conduct meetings and conference calls to extract Project Requirements and understand network infrastructure.
• Analyze Requirements and Business Models to recommend the correct product from the portfolio of Products. Liaise and maintain relationships with telecom equipment, hardware & software vendors.

Projects:

• Research & Development of NGN Softswitch product.
• Project Manager for Managed Services of Terminus Interconnect Billing at Tornet Telecom Iraq.
• Project Manager for O&M of Terminus Interconnect Billing at AlsardFiber Telecom Iraq.
• Project Manager for Managed Services of Terminus Customer Care & Billing at UMW Corporation Malaysia.

 Participate in and plan migration of Legacy PSTN Fixed line and Mobile Networks to NGN/IMS network.
 Participate in NGN/IMS Workshops with leading vendors like Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia-Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent to evaluate different IMS solutions available in the market.
 Participate in planning for Core Network evolution from NGN to IMS Core and discuss strategic issues.
 Liaise and maintain relationships with telecom equipment, hardware & software vendors.

 Devising BSS/OSS Strategy and IT Technology Roadmap, BSS solutions evaluation and selection, Service Improvement strategies and Business Process Architecture.
 Plan and recommend the enhancements and modifications in Customer Care & Billing, Mediation and Charging to support the services provided by latest NGN and IMS technologies.
 Liaise with Business Analysts, Application Developers, higher management and other departments to ensure the implementation of various telecom services including Fixed, Mobile, Broadband, wireless and video services.

Joined as Telecom Billing Engineer supporting and maintaining company's VoIP Billing Systems, then got promoted to Sr. NGN Core Network Engineer providing additional role of O&M of NGN Network based Services.

Afterwards adding the responsibilities of selecting, deploying and maintaining the Next Generation Network of company including VoIP Softswitch, IP Centrex, Media gateways and Session Border Controller.

Additional projects involve the implementation of Asterisk PBX and Integation with third party vendors and Carriers.

Hands on experience of all telecom products and services implementation and maintenance including Calling Cards, IP Telephony, Residential VoIP and Carrier Interconnection services.

Currently working as Product Manager VoIP Solutions and responsible for Planning, Consultancy, Designing, Implementation and Maintenance of Customer VoIP projects.

 Leading & Managing Technical Sales and Support Team for our Suite of Products.
 Conduct meetings and conference calls to extract Project Requirements, understand Business Model and Network Infrastructure.
 Analyzing Project Requirements and Business Model to recommend the appropriate Product from the suite of Products.

 To present the working demonstration of Software Products to customers onsite as well as via phone.
