▪ Responsible for overall safe and reliable operation of plant equipment, maintained through shutdown, preventive, predictive and conditioned based maintenance techniques.
▪ Preparation and implementation of schedules for maintenance of plant equipment in consultation with senior engineers and equipment catalogues.
▪ Assisting seniors in troubleshooting and providing technical support for maintenance activities.
▪ Maintaining maintenance records and routine maintenance activities.
▪ Management of maintenance related activities as part of plant maintenance department.
▪ Responsible for maintaining gas separation process plant and early production facility, including 6 power generator-engine assemblies, 6 engine-compressor assemblies for refrigeration units, fire water engines, de ethanizer and de methanizer towers, single and double acting compressors, pumps and auxiliary plant equipment.
▪ Responsible for maintenance of refrigeration unit including screw compressors, condensers, separators and evaporators.
▪ Responsible for maintaining the data of the timely commissioning of Plant III installation project at Adhi gas separation facility.
▪ Ensuring safe working environment by regularly conducting safety meetings and implementation of work to permit system.
▪ Maintaining different type of heat exchangers and the piping system of the plant by regularly coordinating with other departments mainly operation department of the plant.
▪ Maintenance and upgradation of the quality standards of the plant as per ISO specifications.
▪ Preparation of detailed well construction & drilling program.
▪ Optimized bit selection on the basis of RSA (Rock strength analysis) & offset well data.
▪ Well planning and engineering design for HPHT wells.
▪ Preparation of daily and weekly drilling reports, supervision of BOP tests, preparation of casing running programs and casing tallies, maintaining BHA rotating hour records and preparation of dull grading data of drill bits.
▪ Performing routine drilling calculations to ensure technical validity and correctness of contractor's work.
▪ Monitor HSE reports & Liaise with HSE engineer at well site to ensure safe operations as per company HSE policy.
▪ Preparation and monitoring of cost and time vs depth during operations.
▪ Wellbore Modelling - Torque / Drag / Hydraulic / ECD/Swab/Surge Simulations for drilling and running casing/liner.
▪ Performing Drilling and Completion Supervisory duties as and when required.
▪ Instructing contractors the Casing and Cementing program for specific well conditions and coordinating with them in time of execution.
▪ Issuing work permit for the performance of operations in a safe way as and when appropriate.
Erecting platform for piping and different oil and gas storage equipment.
Piping erection works for Steam, Water, Air and Oil lines.
Erection activities of Turbine and Generator.
Inspection and testing of the erected pipes of the plant.
Participating in routine meetings and instructing lower staff for day to day jobs.
Assisting Project manager and following the work according to the instructions given by project team lead.
Attended safety meetings regularly and remained part of Emergency Response team.
