- Design, develop, and implement plan and procedures for organization operation.
- Initiate and Organize estimation process.

- Continuously seek areas for cost reduction, involve in cost analyses and consideration of alternatives to determine economic advantage or proposed
improvements.
- Device and implement methods to verify the project requirement are met during Design, Estimation, Planning and
procurement operations.

- Assist and coordinate in surveillance Quality audits.

- Plan / Schedule switchgear Production to align with site requirement.
- Assist quality management in implementation day to day quality
requirement.
