• To ensure the functioning, update and maintenance of projects databases
• Primary contact of project staff and M&E team to troubleshoot any technical issues
• Train the M&E team on the link between assessment forms and data base tool
• Participate to the design of a new software or modification in the data base design To guarantee the accuracy of information contained in Database through regular supervision of the database operators work
• Maintenance and update of the software according to needs
• Ensure safe keeping of all data produced
• Ensure regular communications are maintained between the field teams
• To explore, propose and develop if agreed new solutions for improvement of the already existing system, in the scope of project enhancement
• Support the team members and ensure the correct and timely entry of all documentation (assessment forms, donation certificates, referral forms, daily activity register, etc) in the database
• Design and prepare specific reports based on management requirements
Supervised Site where we have Verified Bio-metrics of almost 16000 Beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Program. With a 7 personnel team.
• Maintaining Network, Internet Access and Data backups
• Technical Assistance to PNAC Staff
• Computer Software, Hardware Trouble shooting
• To assist Project Manager.
• To type and prepare documents as required
• Data entry and loading other necessary information into the software programs
Preparing Financial Statements, Reconciliation, Managing Accounts, Preparing employees wages etc.
