• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Finance Files Maintenance
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
Analytics
• Conduct financial analysis and create detailed reports using Excel.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
