Basic roles and responsibilities:

 Monitoring and alerting the day-to-day production schedule to the production crew and ensure overall schedule compliances
 Monitoring the production delivery schedule and ensuring the target as per the plan
 Coordinate with respective to Production engineer /Project Manager & Production Manager on day to day running of the contract in terms of progress, delay associated with the works
 Identify all required resources to each activity
 Prepare weekly look ahead schedule for meetings with the production and installation team and ensure overall schedule compliance
 Identify the reason for production bottleneck
 Tracking down production and implementing necessary steps to improve the production within the time
 Coordinating with department like design, Production, Purchase and store for all projects and site requirements

 Preparation of overall fabrication program, monitoring project progress against planned schedules, analysis in the change of contract scope / delay, if any, etc.
 Preparing of shop floor drawings
 Allocation of Manpower for getting optimal result (Resource leveling).
 Preparing & presenting project status reports for weekly internal review meeting, Consultant meting & Sub contractor meeting.
 Quality inspection as per ISO system.

The responsibility, handling in the material procurement and man power schedule planning and coordinate with all other departments.
Details of works are as follows: -

1. Prepare of actual quantity of material based on the cutting plan of structure of based on the released drawings
2. Release of work order received from sales department after checking all the necessary documents like drawings, LPO etc...
3. Checking the availability of material, specification, quantity and rate of comparison statement of material received from the purchase department and approval and confirmed of the suitable materials.
4. Arrangement of subcontract of works if required to our ongoing projects
(Having well equipped workshop including CNC Laser cut and turret punch machines.)
