The Company: The company is producing and marketing Pepsi Cola International products in Kuwait and exporting to other GCC countries.

My company is using Oracle Financial System for all Accounting transactions. I have extensive experience in Oracle Financial Applications in General Ledger, Inventory, Payables, and Assets etc.
Responsibilities
General: • Reconciliation of Bank accounts and handling of all bank entries.
• Reconciliation of accounts payables with GL and each supplier statement.
• Making all types of Payments. (Cash, Cheque and Telex Transfer)
• Preparation of Payment Forecast & Monitoring.
• Monitoring and controlling advance payments.
• Preparing Journal Vouchers.
• Preparing Expenses Vouchers.
• Preparing Spares Parts and Store Vouchers (Production, Cooler & Garage Sections)
• Assist the internal and external auditing.
• Disbursement of salaries to the staffs and other employees of the company.
• Handling Employees Loans and Deductions.
• Fixed Assets Additions
Inventory: • Preparing purchase receipt vouchers.
• Verifying and posting the Finished Goods Receipt Vouchers.
• Verifying and posting the Issue Vouchers of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Equipment's, and Advertising Materials.
• Verifying and posting the sales Vouchers.
• Preparing Inventory reports for Pepsi Cola International.
• Physical Stock Verification.
Others/MIS: • Preparing sales reports and market share reports for top-level management.
• On the basis of sales making the analysis of contribution from each channel.
• Coordinate with IT department for designing and automating various reports.
• Reviewing and controlling claims for marketing support funding.
• Ensuring sales promotions are running on the financial approval plan.
