• 2010-2014 Sheltamatics Consultants
i. Residential Development for Alhaji N.T Odunsi at Agric, Ikorodu.
A block of six flats with ground floor designed as supermarket.
ii. Residential Development for Lt. Col. Taiwo Arowolo & Surveyor Kehinde Arowolo.
2 Nos-blocks of residential buildings. A twin duplex for the client and a block of 4 Nos flats for the children.
iii. Development of Factory Building & Residential Building for Musa Sanni in Ajuwon, Ogun State.
The project consists of conversion of existing bungalow to honey processing mini-factory on ground floor and the upper floor consists of 2 Nos flat.
iv. Residential Development for Pharm, Kayode Otukoya in Ijebu-Ode.
Design of 4 Nos, luxury flat.
v. Mosque for Alhaji Ibrahim Shinkafi, Zamfara State.
A mosque to contain about three hundred students in a private secondary school.
vi. Residential Development for Alhaja Risikah Ekerin
Design of bungalow residential bulidng.
vii. Residential Development for Mr. Olumide Obileye in Ijebu-Ode.
Design of bedroom bungalow.

• Interstate Architects Ltd - Feb 1992 - Dec. 2009
• 2007-2009 Renovation and Refurbishment of CBN Kaduna
I was the Resident Architect from 2007 to December 2009. I later resigned from Interstate Architects Ltd. The residency was solely to supervise the work, give details when requested by the Main Contractors and issue Architect Instructions.
• 2006-2007 Design Architect, Conversion of CBN Kano Burnt Building to a standard learning centre.
This was the last design job I handled in Interstate Architects Office. I was re-called back from Kano to Lagos to lead a design team to CBN Ibadan and somehow along the line, the re-design of CBN Kano old building came up. Having been resident on the Extension project, I took up the design to convert the burnt building to learning centre.
• 2006 Design Architect, CBN Ibadan Renovation and Refurbishment and Team Leader.
I was re-called from Kano to lead the design team to Ibadan for the survey and re-design of all existing buildings on CBN Branch Office, Oba Adebimpe Rd., Ibadan. The scope of work included-survey of all buildings, report writing, re-design of all buildings, external work and also the 7th floor of the high rise building earlier gutted by fire. This was also the last design work I did in Interstate Architects, Ltd.
• 1994-2006 Design Architect, Project Architect later Resident Architect:- Central Bank of Nigeria Main Branch Building Extension, Kano.
I was fully involved in Pre-contract and post contract work.
I was resident on the job between June 1999 to June 2006. Scope of work included tender report, supervision of work on site from site clearance to project completion.
• 1993-1998 Design Architect & Resident Architect Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Tejuosho- Educational Television Studio (World Bank Finance Project)
It was a design competition organized by NTA for some selected Architectural Firms. The competition was won by Interstate Architects. I was a member of the design team and was later resident on site during construction. Scope of work included-land reclamation, piling, acoustic treatment of studio wall & ceiling.
• 1993-1998 Member Design Team, Central Bank of Nigeria Head Office Complex, Abuja.
The project was a competition organized by CBN for three selected Architectural firms which M/S Interstate Architects won. The arrow head and design team leader was an Executive Director. We (junior Architects) ably supported the Executive Director at the project inception stage and sketch design stage suggestions and criticism of design approach until a satisfactory design was obtained.
• 1996 Member Design Team, Nigeria Export-Import Bank (NEXIM)
The design was to serve NEXIM as Head Office. It was a 10 storey building.
Experience: 1992-1996 Project Architect, Central Bank of Nigeria, Main Branch Building, Yola Adamawa State.
Contract was awarded before I joined Interstate Architects. Project was taken over from Executive Director running the Project. Scope of work included Contract Administration and coverage of progress meetings at site and office. Design detail as requested by the main contractor.
• 1995-1996 Design Architect Branch Controller's Residence, Central Bank of Nigeria.
I designed the Residential building for CBN Branch Controllers. Duplex building to be repeated in all the states.
• 1994 Member Design Team, Central Bank of Nigeria, Lagos Computer Building.
The project was 10 storey building. It was later aborted.
• 1994 Design Architect, Youth Camp for the Diocese of Lagos (Anglican Communion) at Sango Otta, Ogun State.
Planning of site for different uses known as zoning. Residential blocks or Hostel, residential building for organizers and trainers/supervisor, lecture Halls, sports ground, parade ground, kitchen, dining hall etc.
• 1993-1994 Design Architect Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Port Harcourt Residential Estate.
The design of different typologies (Low, Medium & High Densities) were done by me. It was to be financed by a Mortgage Bank. The project was later aborted.
• 1992-1994 Assistant Project Architect, Completion of Federal Ministry of Information HQ (Radio House) Abuja.
The design was completed in late 70's, contract was awarded then and construction commenced. The project was suspended during the economic meltdown in the early 80s. We (Interstate Architect Ltd) played the role of Consultants only when the project was resuscitated in early 90s. My role was to assist the Executive Director in Contract Administration and re-design work. An example is re-designed of External works to reduce the scope of work.
• 1992-1993 Design Architect, Facelift/Refurbishment of Central Bank of Nigeria, Tinubu Square, Lagos.
Design proposal for the facelift and refurbishment of Bank Building. Re-design of Elevation and Banking Hall. The project did not start before I left Interstate Architects.
• 1992 Design Architect, Central Bank of Nigeria Main Branch 2-Phase Design proposal.
This was the first design job I did when employed by Interstate Architects. The design was meant for new states that were not viable (i.e the states whose economies were poor) . The idea behind the design was to allow for expansion without disturbance to banking activities during construction.
• 1992 NEXIM Abuja Office, Conversion of Residential Property to NEXIM Office Along Tafawa Balewa way, Abuja.
The scope of work included taking site measurements of a duplex residential block and re-design as Bank Office.
• 1992 Assistant Project Architect UACN Building Central Business District, Abuja.
Assisted the Executive director in contract Administration and minor design work/detail.
