- Monitor the transactions greater than the defined parameters to update the customer's KYC's and responsible for Suspicious Transactions Reporting.
- Ensure account opening procedures of Bank are strictly adhered to as per policies and guidelines.
- To ensure the relationships are established and enhanced with existing and prospective customers and the portfolio is tagged as per PB guidelines.
- Deeping in existing low deposit accounts. Reactivate/close dormant accounts in the branch.
- Deals with customer's enquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- To follow the sales management process i.e. Tail Management, Attrition Management and portfolio management.
- Balances priorities to meet several targets of the branch.
- To refer and follow the leads to the concern department of consumer asset products.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant shariah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct and policies.
- Intelligently access the needs and problems of the existing customers and guide them in the best way as per bank's policy.
- Motivating staff to perform task with the customer centric approach.
