In charge of day to day office management & operations, diary management, meetings & events planning & management, project management & travel organization. I, also, am responsible for the company's bimonthly press release & newsletter.
Fully in charge of managing the CEO's office. First point of contact with clients and staff and departments coordinator, besides the regular day to day administrative and secretarial tasks of an Executive Assistant (Handling correspondence, Travel & accommodation organization, Meetings, presentations & events planning & management...etc).
Providing high levels of customer service while engaging with passengers and maintaining safety measures.
Liasing with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the flight.
Performing first aid on passengers in emergency situations.
