I successfully reorganized the Human Resources department at Gateway to align with international standards and contributed to a noticeable decrease in staff turnover. This was achieved by closely studying people needs and implementing retention strategies including succession plans; professional development; revisiting salaries scale and getting thoroughly involved in eliminating their daily challenges.
As the head of the HR team at the school, I am responsible for overseeing all HR functions. This includes:
• developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• managing the hiring and onboarding process
• handling payroll and personnel matters
• administering social and medical insurance
• organizing training and performance management programs
• implementing employee retention strategies, and handling conflict resolution.
Edupedia offers consultancy, training, and recruitment services for schools and educators. My role involved:
• Identifying the training and development needs of teachers and school management.
• Fulfilling recruitment requests for Edupedia's partners in International Schools.
I worked with clients to hire various positions in Egypt and Gulf Area. With HPA, I have successfully supported over 20 companies of different sizes with their recruitment needs in various fields including FMCG, IT, Pharmaceutical and Industrial.
I managed the entire hiring process as a consultant for HPA’s clients. I was also responsible for all internal HR functions of HPA. I also participated in HR consultancy service for HPA’s clients to restructure the HR departments, conduct the performance management system and set KPIs for all their departments.
