As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Jersey Villa, Butwal, since January 2023, I have been responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and overseeing its digital operations. My role involves managing and maintaining the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring website performance, security, and a seamless customer experience. I collaborate with management to identify and implement technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline inventory and order management, and support business growth. I also analyze website and sales data to guide strategic decisions, evaluate and adopt new technologies, and provide technical support for day-to-day business operations. Through these responsibilities, I have helped strengthen the company's digital presence while aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
