• Handling both IT and Non-IT Requirements.
• Key Account Manager for various Government & Semi-Government Organizations majorly for IT Requirements.
Creation of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilize the Internet Portals for recruitment.
• Act swiftly to close on positions before competitors.
• Leading a team of recruiters to ensure timely closures of all open indents for Inhouse and Client requirements.
• Interact with technical team to understand the skill/resource requirements.
• Plan the recruitment activity, assign and distribute all open indents with team members.
• Review team members on their performance on assigned indents and tasks performed for each day.
• Mentor and supervise team tasks if faced with any challenges related to understanding of skills, market information, salary negotiations with the candidates etc.
• Source & screen the resumes from sources like employee referrals, job portals & Placement Consultants.
• Coordinate the interviews, taking-up final HR discussions with candidates, Offer discussions, negotiations, offer release and follow-up till the resources are on board.
• Reduced hiring cost by reducing the dependency on the placement agencies.
• Involved in on-boarding of new hires, smooth coordination between candidates and internal departments related to travel, accommodation and official reimbursements.
