Primavera Unifier License Management System: Project Managed License Management Automation system to effectively manage and optimize usage of Unifier Licenses across various business units.

Access Control System: Led an outsourced project to upgrade the company’s main towers access control (Johnsons Access Control) systems, ensuring enhanced security and compliance with stringent requirements.

End-of-Life Initiative: Led a company-wide End-of-Life (EOL) initiative, upgrading systems to the latest compliant OS and system versions, and sunsetting non-upgradable applications, ensuring technological compliance and efficiency.

EDMS (Petrocept-DC): Served as Project Manager and SME for an outsourced EDMS development project, driving successful implementation and leading a dedicated team to support EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.

System Design & Implementation:

Time Booking & Payroll Systems:

Designed and implemented an Oracle APEX-based time booking and payroll system for PMC (Project Management Consultancy) projects. The

Value Of Work Done (VOWD) System:

Implemented a SharePoint based time booking and VOWD system for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) projects, streamlining processes and enhancing project management.

EDMS (Petrocept):

Developed In-House EDMS system which was used by several thousand people for many EPC projects across various Business Units and Project locations.

Directed support for a comprehensive suite of business-critical applications, overseeing both in-house teams and outsourced vendors to maintain high availability, prompt issue resolution, and seamless operation essential to company functions. Key systems under management included:
