Special tasks

 Worked with General Manager in the implementation of policy manual.
 Designed grade & salary structure for all staff.
 Worked with IT Manager in implementation of HR & payroll module and website design.
 Worked with Security Manager to maximize security level with in the budget.
 Organized annual service & appreciation award programme.
 Created job descriptions for employees in accordance with work requirement.
 Implementing rules & regulation in accordance with labour law/company policy.
 Worked with Group IT Manager for complete setup of camera, telephone and internet starting from 0 level
 Worked with Residential veterinary Surgeon to purchase and import complete stuff for Horse hospital and reproduction equipments from Italy, France, USA, etc.
 Worked with President/CEO and Executive Manager to finalize following jobs:
• Imported purchased horses from different countries such as USA, Qatar, UAE, Egypt, Belgium. Processed required documents and formalities such as pre-medical exam (Health papers), transit insurance, arranged flight itinerary with groom to travel with horses and processed related payments
• Import documents such as import & export permit and arrange customs and clearance upon horse arrival at airport
• Imported required materials/equipments like horse walker from Germany, show arena fence from USA, horse simulator from UK, flooring rubber rolls from Indonesia, wood deck from UAE, water drinking bowls from UAE, horse weighing scale from UK

Employment skills

 Ability to create organization chart according to work need and setup complete manpower team to be worked under one system and one platform.
  
HR & Admin tasks:
 Recruitment by screening CVs, attend employment fairs and establish a database for candidates.
 Conduct the initial round of interview and scheduling the short listed candidates for interview.
 Provide qualified candidates to meet needs.
 Make all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies and all related functions until final departure.
 Creating and designing organization chart according to work demand.
 Assigning duties related to Govt. authorities to GRO (Govt. relation officers, 03 Saudis) on daily basis such as to get business visa invitation letter, change of sponsorship, employment visa, to get registration & passport of horses, transfer of horse ownership, import & export documents, arrange to get done Clearance customs for shipments at air/seaport, new/renew ID (Iqama), GOSI related functions, to check traffic fines, driving license, etc.
 To maintain the employee database. (550 employees)
 To manage travel arrangements of all employees.
 Processing vacations, exit departures, related payments.
 Liaison with other companies and authorities.
 Coordinate with other companies, managers, and supervisors etc to meet their requirements.
 Handling document expiry reports for Commercial registration, assets insurance, medical insurance, vehicle registration, etc.
 Payroll processing and related activities such as checking time sheets, monthly earnings & deduction etc.
 Adjusting salary increases & all other earnings etc.
 Monthly transactions - expense recoveries, miscellaneous earnings and reimbursements.
 Full payroll setup and run - includes payroll runs for leave and termination for all group of companies.
 Arrange data for medical insurance policy.
 Effecting changes in accordance with the policy & procedures.
 Assisting the Executive Manager in his day to day routine work.
 Attending to correspondence as required.
 Manage petty cash reimbursements & expenses.
 To maintain all horses records. (120 horses) and update in Equine software known as “Wise Option”
 Arrange to register at KAAHC (King Abdul Aziz Horse Center in Riyadh) new arrival and new born horses under owner name
 Organized weekly horse show at home
 Arrange complete stable supplies and feed supplies, etc.
