In my current role been wearing different operational hats from being a department head to act as customer care supervisor
my main responsibilities includes and not limited to:
Handling customers questions, complaints and issues.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service are met.
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, while ensure that the pricing is correct
