Tamouh Investments is a Master Developer of Reem Island Development Project located in the north-east of Abu Dhabi city.
Area of 495 Hectares of mixed use development, high rise business center, commercial, residential, public amenities, recreational, utilities and roads infrastructural,
Reporting to the Infrastructure Development Project Director, my Tasks included but not limited to:
Participate in the pre-contract discussion meetings of the Infrastructure Projects during the design stage with the design consultant throughout the concept design to the tender award stage and the Contract documentation.
Manage the coordination meetings between the contractor with the design consultant team, the supervision consultant team, other interface contractors and utility providers for local and regional infrastructure.
Monitor and follow up the contractors’ progress and performance and facilitate the project requirements and solve the obstructions.
Organize and manage the regular project progress meetings with the consultant and contractor's teams.
Review and approve Interim payment claims certified by the Consultant.
Ensure implementation of Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Safety.
Monitor the plan and program and ensure the project delivery in the scheduled time;
Project : Reem Island Development; Roads and Infrastructure Utilities Department, for mixed use development located at the west and central of Reem Island.
Overall Cost of in-charge projects exceed AED 900million.
Components:
1- Advance Earth-fill works for the service corridors
2- DN1200 water transmission pipeline coordination.
3- 400/132/22kV grid station, and 3 substations 132/22 kV coordination works.
4- 400kV power cable, and 132/22 kV power cable coordination works.
5- Roads, and Bridges,
6- Utilities infrastructure works and coordination.
7- District Cooling System Pipes and plants coordination works.
8- Shore protection and canal works.
Reporting to the Resident engineer, Tasks included:
Supervision and Reporting of contractors’ progress of works;
Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Review and approve technical submittals, workshop drawings and materials;
Review and approve Inspection Requests; quantities and Interim payments.
Hold weekly progress meeting with the contractor in the presence of the client;
Evaluation and Reporting of the progress and performance to the Project Manager and the Client.
Project : Enabling works, including temporary roads and Infrastructure Utilities. Reem Island Development @ Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Area: 860 Hectares,
Capital Cost= 60 million AED.
Components:
\[\] Construction of Management Site Office Steel Structure Building 2200Sqm,
\[\] Land Escaping, Shaded Parking Area, Paved Side Walk Ways, Green Areas.
\[\] Temporary potable water connection & diversion of existing 450mm. dia. HDPE water pipe line.
\[\] Temporary 11KV, 27Km. long network and 21 No. package units 100KvA, including foundations, cable trenches, ducts.
\[\] Temporary Roads, embankment and asphalt of approx. 4 Km. Roads,
\[\] Batching Plant, Labour Camp.
Tasks included:
Supervision, review and approval of contractor’s survey templates to existing connections and accessories;
Supervision & Inspection of the removal of existing connections and meters, Installed new meters including valves, accessories and meter cabinets as per the specifications;
Review and Approval of Quality and Quantity Inspection Requests;
Daily Reporting of the executed works to the Resident Engineer.
Project: Astraco - Matrix supplied and Installed 110, 000 Smart Water meters for all regions of Abu Dhabi Island (Client : Abu Dhabi Distribution Co. (ADDC) and Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA), Capital Cost : 85 million AED).
Execute the Fire Protection System for Residential Towers, 'Tabreed' Cooling Plants, and Malls.
Tasks included:
Site Management & Coordination;
Technical Submissions to Consultant/Client;
Material & equipment purchasing.

Asphalt Driving Ramp Access, Parking Area, Paved Side Walk Ways and Curved Kerbstones, Landscaping, H.D.Al Fencing, .
Project 2 : Wedding Halls at Umm Al Nar - Abu Dhabi (Client: Abu Dhabi Municipality, Capital Cost: 2.5 Million AED).
Components :
Development & Construction, Interior Decoration and Furnishing, construction of Paved Side Walk Ways Asphalt Parking Area,
Project 3 : Hall of Abu Dhabi Securities Market - Sharjah Branch
Client: Abu Dhabi Securities Market, Capital Cost: 10.65 Million AED)
Scope of Work: Construction, Interior Decoration, Furnishing, Side Pavements.
Project : Police Projects Engineering Office - Abu Dhabi (Client: Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, Capital Cost: 5.5 Million AED).
Components : Office Building Construction with Furnishing, including Security Gate system, Parking area and Green Areas.
Tasks included:
Supervise All Civil and Structural works;
Supervise All Finishing Works with Quality Control;
Obtain Quotations from Material Suppliers;
Appoint Subcontractors;
Approve Quantities and Payment Certificates;
Follow up consultants/clients instructions, submittals and approvals;
Ensure Construction requirements of the local concerned authorities.
Project : Construction and Maintenance of 2 multi storied buildings with side pavement and Asphalt Parking Lighted Area.
(Client: Department of Social Services & Commercial Buildings (DSSCB), Total capital Cost: 14 Million AED)
Tasks included:
Tender Analysis & Bids evaluation Committee.
Review Project drawings and specifications.
Project Site Visits, Monthly Reports & Progress evaluation.
Review and Approve interim payments of the Contractors & Consultants
Review and approve Annual Budget for construction & Road projects.
Also other small public projects.

Dual Asphalt Carriage Way 45KM of (Sana'a -- Al Mahwit) financed by (GTZ)//Germany.
Rehab illation of 250KM (Sana'a—Taiz) Asphalt Road, financed by (World Bank).
Protection of Taiz City from Floods, financed by (Islamic Fund)
